Description
Crafted in collaboration with designer Olivia Garnier, these beaded duffle holdalls combine everyday practicality with artisanal detail. Each white canvas bag features hand-beaded straps and a personalised name in your chosen colour. Includes short shoulder straps and a longer cross-body strap — perfect for school trips, sleepovers, and weekend adventures.
If you order a bespoke piece, we’ll email you to collaborate on your design. You can commission a fully bespoke artwork for your baby’s nursery wall (A3), paired with a matching personalised holdall, or choose the holdall on its own.
With bespoke designs, every detail is created just for you — from your home or pets to your child’s favourite things. Alternatively, you can select one of Olivia’s signature designs — safari, jungle, or underwater — while still choosing the colour of the beaded name and straps.
Lead time: 4–5 weeks. For bespoke orders, this timeframe begins once the design is approved.
Finish your piece by choosing the name you’d like, which will be beautifully beaded onto the bag.

This product will be personalised and ready to ship .
Shipping is 2-7 working days, depending on your location. We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) - so there will be no additional duties or taxes to be paid once you complete the checkout.

We do not accept returns on personalised items unless the item is faulty or damaged. An item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Do you cover customs import taxes and duties?
Yes we do! For all international orders (i.e. those shipping outside the UK), any customs duties and import taxes are fully covered and included in the shipping cost you see at checkout.
That means no hidden fees or surprise charges when your order arrives—what you see is what you pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Hand painted items - canvas totes can be cancelled within 4 days of ordering.
Luggage must be cancelled within 5 hours of ordering (these products go straight into production after the order is made).
Do you gift wrap and add gift notes?
Absolutely! On the cart page, you can optionally add a Gift Message, and Gift Wrapping (£9.95 GBP). Note: not all product types offer this service.
Can you offer Express Shipping and personalisation?
On some products, we are able to personalise the product and ship within 24hrs (for orders received Sunday to Thursday). Shipping can take 1-3 business days. We also have a collection of pre-personalised items which can ship same day.

Why has my order not arrived yet?
Hand painted items currently take 1 week, followed by shipping time. If you are not happy to wait please do email us and we can cancel the order if not already done.
How long does a suitcase take to arrive?
We can turn around suitcases and leather items within 2 weeks.
What are the lead times?
Personalised canvas totes currently take roughly 1 week for dispatch. All luggage & leather goods take roughly 2-3 weeks for dispatch. Express Shipping is available for some of our items and we can dispatch the item within 24hrs (Sunday - Thursday). Find more precise shipping times on the Product Pages.
Can you refund personalised goods?
