Shipping is 2-7 working days, depending on your location. We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) - so there will be no additional duties or taxes to be paid once you complete the checkout.

Production typically takes 1–2 weeks, after which your order is carefully shipped to you.

Can I cancel my order?

These can be cancelled within 4 days of placing your order.
== Personalised luggage ==
Luggage orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase, as these items move straight into production.
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. As our personalised pieces are made to order, once production has started we are unable to make changes.
