"My children bought me a rainbow handbag embroidered with MOMMY for Mothers Day. One of the little rods connecting the bamboo handles fell off somewhere, so I couldn't use the bag since it had one handle. I contacted Lilly & Bean, customer service responded in 24 hours. I asked for a replacement part, that I would put together myself. The company apologized and then offered to send me another bag (the same one) free of charge. They said that was happened to my bag isn't how they wasn't how they want their bags represented. Customer Service was very nice. I'd definitely recommend Lily and Bean to a friend or buy a bag as a gift for someone."

"Excellent customer service. I ordered a bag with embossed initials for my wife's Christmas. A while later, in an unrelated topic, my wife had mentioned her initials and how she preferred them to be. This wasn't what I had ordered for the bag. I contacted Lily and Bean via WhatsApp and get chatting with Bill. Bill reassured me straight away and has contracted the embossing team to make sure they put on the proper initials. Bills reply was prompt, he offered reassurance, there was no difficulty in rearranging the letters. It was customer service excellence and you can't ask for more than that. 5 stars all the way!
